Well this is going to be the summarty for the da vinci code it was a awesome book and this is how some of it wentFrom the first sentence to the last, The Da Vinci Code is filled with action and thrilling twists. The book begins with the murder of renowned Louvre Museum curator Jacques Sauniere. With the last threads of strength before he dies from his wounds Sauniere leves a complex set of clues to an incredible secret. The great big Paris police chief ]Bezu Fache calls upon obert Langdon, a profesor and symbology specialist and Sophie Neveu a police cryptologit to help him decipher the clues left behind by Sauniere. It turns out that Saunere is Sophies grand father and she believes the clues he left behind were there instructions for her. Sauniere stopped to a secret about their family in a phone call to Sophie shortly before he was murdered. So Sophie asks Lanngdon to help her solve the mystery behind her. Langdon joins forces with a gifted French cryptologist Sophie Neveu and learns the late curator was involved in the Priory of Sion an actual secret society whose members included Sir Isaac Newton Botticelli Vtor Hugo and Da Vinci among others. In a breathless race through Paris, London, and beyond, Langdon and Neveu match wits with a faceless powerbroker who seems to anticipate their every move. Teabing is a religious historian and lifelong Grail seeker as well as Langdon’s friend. Both Silas and the police end up at Teabing’s estate, but Rémy, Teabing’s man servant who is in on the plot helps them escape. Teabing, Sophie, Langdon, Rémy and Sila travel to London, they are able to open the cryptex finding only another cryptex inside. Teabing purposely misreads the next clue, leading them to the wrong place. At the Temple Church, remy and Silas steal the cryptex and pretend to kidnap Teabing. Teabing is angry with remy because he was not supposed to shoow his face. Teabing murders Remy by taking advantage of his peanut allergy. Teabing sends Silas to the Opus Dei house, where he is later involved in a shootout with the police and dies. During the shootout Silas accidentally kills Aringarosa, who came to help him. Sopphie and Langdon figure out the real location described in the clue and go to Westminster Abbey where Teabing lures them into a secluded room. Langdon retrieves the cryptex and is able to guess the password. police who have figured out Teabing is the murdered, arrive. Langdon and Sophie go to Scotland where they believe the Grail is. in which they dont find 2 days later back in Paris, Langdon figures out the loation of the Grail. The Grail is buried under the inveted pyramid at the Louvre.
